Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

Refunds are case-by-case and subject to eligibility.

Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days.

Non-refundable services include completed marketing campaigns, processed transactions, and used trade solutions.

2. Payment Processing Refunds

Failed transactions due to system errors are automatically refunded within 5-10 business days.

Unauthorized transactions must be reported within 48 hours for investigation.

Users who paid merchants via JummyXtra must request refunds directly from the merchant.

3. Trade & Logistics Refunds

No refunds once a shipment is processed or freight arrangements are finalized.

Cancellations before processing may receive a partial refund, deducting administrative costs.

4. Digital Marketing Refunds

No refunds once a campaign has launched or ads have been placed.

If a campaign is canceled before execution, a partial refund may be granted.

5. Subscription Refunds

Monthly plans: No refunds once a billing cycle starts.

Annual plans: Partial refunds if canceled within the first 30 days.

Service Availability Policy

JummyXtra strives for 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted services.

We may suspend services for maintenance, security updates, or compliance reasons.

Chargeback & Dispute Policy

Users must contact support first before filing a chargeback.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension or legal action.

Changes to Policies

We may update our policies at any time, with notifications provided via email or platform alerts.
